Admission Overview

At Vallabh Ashram’s MGM Amin & V N Savani School, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing environment to grow, learn, and thrive. Our admission process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and simple for parents and students.

  • Admission is open to all, irrespective of class, creed and community.
  • The main entry is in Playgroup. Vacancies in other classes are only against withdrawals and vacancies created.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Enquiry Form - The first step towards admission begins with filling in the Enquiry Form online. QR Code available at the school office or through our official website.

Registration - parents are required to complete the Registration Process by submitting the filled registration form along with the necessary documents.

  • Registration for admission is mandatory.
  • Registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.

Interaction / Entrance Test

Admissions to all classes are based on Proficiency & Aptitude Assessment and interaction with the child and his parents. Students will be called for an age-appropriate interaction or assessment to understand their readiness and learning needs. This helps us ensure the right fit for the student.

  • For Pre-Primary (Nursery to Sr. KG): An informal interaction session is conducted with the child and parents to understand the child’s readiness.
  • For Class 1 and above: Students undergo an entrance test followed by a parent meeting to assess the child’s academic level and overall suitability.

Assessment & Admission Decision
Based on the child’s performance and seat availability, the school reviews the application. If selected, an admission offer is extended to the parents.

Admission Confirmation & Fee
Selected candidates will receive an admission offer letter. To confirm the seat, parents are required to complete the admission formalities and submit the admission fee within the given time frame.
