. Please ensure that your ward reports to school on the first day when school reopens after a vacation.

. If your ward cannot report to school on the first day, or requires a leave of absence or has to join late, an application stating the reason has to be submitted to the Principal, with permission granted for the same in advance.

. Your ward's name is likely to be struck off the rolls, if he/she remains absent from school for more than a week, without any prior notice.

. Please keep back your ward and also notify the school in case he/she contracts any infectious or contagious disease. On his/her reporting back a medical certificate must be submitted for the same.

. Please ensure that your ward comes to school in the prescribed school uniform, in proper turn out.

. Provide all necessary books and stationery to your ward.

. Supervise your ward's homework and related assignments and also sign his/her report card only after studying it carefully.

. Do not visit the school to meet your ward or teachers during school hours without the principal's permission.

. Your cooperation is solicited in instilling discipline and regularity in your ward as also of ensuring the proper development of his/her conduct and behavior.
